Landline base telephone service provider is AT&T

Cost: varies with service subscription.

Reasonable cell phone reception available from AT&T & Verizon, and some other providers as well.

Internet phone services such as Skype might also be considered.

Note: DSL and cable based services are not available.

Obviously, telephone costs will vary considerably depending on service provider and service plan.

Currently, basic land line service is provided to the service buildings
(local calls only) as part of the caretaker’s agreement. = $30 / month
