Our harvest this year did not compare to 2007 either in quantity or quality
The grapes were considerably smaller in size and bunches.
However, we learned a crude method
of processing the grapes.
We don’t have a vat big enough for foot stomping.
Next time we need a small press
Expensive juice.
But worth it!
